摘要
回顾国内外产后甲状腺炎流行病学研究资料,评述产后甲状腺炎的临床特点、抗体检测、危害及治疗。提出对育龄妇女进行健康教育,加强高危人群的管理,以预防产后甲状腺炎。
The article reviewed the epidemiologic data on postpartum thyroiditis studied by China and other countries. Commentated on the clinical characteristic, thyroid pcroxidase antibody test, risks and treatment. This article has suggested health education for pregnancy women should be provided and the people who is at high risk for postpartum thyroiditis strictly be managed in order to prevent postpartum thyroiditis.
