摘要
合肥光源(HLS)是第二代专用同步辐射光源,由200M eV直线加速器、输运线和800 M eV电子储存环组成。真空控制系统是基于EP ICS(Experim en ta l Phys ics and Industria l Con tro l System)的分布式控制系统,3台IOC分别控制储存环上的7台V arian真空规控制器、直线加速器上的15台溅射离子泵电源控制器和输运线上16台溅射离子泵的电源控制器。采用Channe l A rc iver实现了储存环真空度及直线输运线溅射离子泵离子流数据的采集、存档及检索的功能。利用开发的CG I程序,改善了数据检索的性能,并对合肥光源储存环真空管道的束流清洗过程进行了分析。
Hefei Light Source (HLS), as a special synchrotron light source, consists of a 200 MeV linac, beam transmission line and 800 MeV electron storage ring. Its vacuum control system based on EPICS(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System) is a distributive system. Three industrial PCs are used as IOCs to connect separately to 7 Varian vacuum multigauge controllers around the storage ring, 15 power supply controllers of sputter-ion pump (SIP) for linac and 16 power supply controllers of SIP for the transmission line. Channel Archiver is introduced in data acquisition, archives and retrieval for pressure values of storage ring, SIP current values of lianc and transmission line. The CGI program we developed is used to optimize the performance of data retrieval and analyze the procedure of beam duct cleaning for HLS storage ring.
