摘要
对蒸发冷凝法制备纳米粉体装置的加热源——真空自由燃烧氦电弧进行了研究。阐述了电弧的构造及电位分布,介绍了电弧产热的机理。在满足一定基本假设的前提下,文中给出了电弧的控制方程。运用有限元理论,构建了自由燃烧电弧的计算模型,运用AN SY S8.0对电弧的温度场进行了模拟,并应用类比法验证了本文构建的计算模型及模拟结果的正确性。
Investigates the free combustion in vacuum due to helium-arc, which is the heat source for the evaporation-condensation system to prepare nanopowder. Describes the formation of helium arc and relevant potential distribution, as well as the heat transfer from the arc. Some basic conditions are assumed, thus giving a control equation for the arc. A model is developed to calculate the free combustion due to helium-are by use of FEM. In addition, the software ANSYS 8.0 is applied to the simulation of the temperature field of helium-are, and an analogy is drawn between the results calculated via the models proposed and the simulation to verify the effectiveness of the former.
