狂犬病毒糖蛋白重组痘苗病毒生物学特性的研究

用Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ和免疫荧光法检定狂犬病毒糖蛋白重组痘苗病毒（简称重组病毒），证实狂犬病毒糖蛋白在痘苗病毒中得以表达，分子量为６４０００道尔顿。实验表明，重组病毒增殖力比亲本株降低５－１０倍，致细胞病变过程减缓，但增殖曲线和亲本株呈平行趋势，３天达到增殖高峰；重组病毒绝大部分在细胞内，仅不足１％释放到培养液中；在制备鸡胚细胞的同时接种重组病毒，３天收获，用超声波处理后，可提高病毒收获量，在最适条件下可达５ｘｌ０ｌｔｐＦＵ／Ｌ。并探讨重组病毒及其亲本株的蚀斑形成单位（ＰＦＵ）和血凝效价（ＨＡ）之间的相关关系。
