体重指数、体脂肪率与高脂血症关系的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究高脂血症患者的体重指数(BMI)和体脂肪率(FAT%),并对该两种肥胖指数进行比较;方法应用410GS型TATINA专业型体脂测定仪对所有研究对象进行体脂肪率的测定。血液粘稠度、空腹血糖、血脂、尿酸、肝肾功能按常规方法进行检测;结果高脂血症患者的BMI和FAT%均明显高于正常对照组;BMI和FAT%具有良好的相关性;30岁以上女性病例组和对照组之间FAT%存在显著差别,而BMI未见差异;结论BMI和FAT%不仅是肥胖的指标,对潜在的高脂血症发生的危险性亦有预报作用;对于30岁以上女性,FAT%更能准确判断体脂含量和肥胖的存在。 Objective To study the conelation of hyperlipidemia patients and body mass index (BMI) and body fat percent (FAT%), and to compare the relation of these two index. Methods By TANITA body composition analyzer (type 410s), FAT% of all subjects are detected, Hemorrbenlogy, blood sugar, serum lipid, hepatic and renal function are all determined by routine ways, Results BMI and FAT% of hyperlipidemia patients are statistically higher than controls and are much higher in the patients with both disorder. There is good relationship between BMI and FAT%. In females above 30 years old, there is statistically higher FAT% in the patients groups, but no differences exist on FAT%. Conclusions BMI and FAT% not only are indexes of the fat, but also predict dangerous and happening of hyperlipidemia. For females above 30, FAT% has more important function on reflecting body fat content and existing of hyperlipidemia.
