摘要
目的研究固定矫治器治疗前后牙釉质脱矿牙数,好发部位及影响因素。方法对照组治疗前检查记录:酒精擦拭牙面后吹干,有白垩色损害者为脱矿。分析组治疗后记录。结果固定矫治可增加脱矿牙数,部位多为牙颈部,邻面,托槽及带环周缘。
Objective Aim To evaluate the decalcification effect of fixed appliance application on enamel, Methods teeth before and after treatment were randomly selected. The decalcified tooth number and involved location were detected and recorded. Results ＆ Conclusions Orthodontics with fixed applice can make tooth more sensitive to decalcification. The more often involved locations are cervix and proximal dentis and around band and or bracket.
