吸毒人员外周血中性粒细胞的改变

The Decrease of Neutrophils Counts in Peripheral Blood of Drug Abusers

目的了解吸毒人员外周血中性粒细胞(NEUT)含量的改变。方法按常规抽血测定46例吸毒者和44例正常对照组人员血常规。结果吸毒组中性粒细胞绝对含量为(3.045±1.106)×109/L,显著低于对照组的(3.733±1.065)×109/L,P<0.01;吸毒组中性粒细胞含量占WBC总数百分率低于50%有30例,而对照组中性粒细胞含量占WBC总数百分率低于50%有3例,经卡方检验,x2=33.03,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论吸毒者外周血中性粒细胞含量的绝对减少和中性粒细胞百分含量的相对减少是吸毒人员易患感染性疾病的主要原因之一。

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of neutrophils counts in peripheral blood of drug abusers. Methods Neutrophils counts and neutrophils percentage in WBC in peripheral blood isolated from 46 drug abusers were compared with blood harvested from 44 healthy controls. Results The average count of neutrophils in drug abusers was （3.045±1.065）×10^9/L, which was significant lower than neutrophils count,（3.733±1.065）×10^9/L, in healthy controls. There were differences of statistical significance in neutrophils percentage in WBC count lower than 50% （p〈0.01）, which were 30 patients in drug abusers and 3 persons in healthy controls. Conclusions The decrease of neutrophils counts and neutrophils percentage in WBC in peripheral blood might contribute to the development of infectious disease in drug abusers.
