Causes of cerebrocardiac syndrome in cerebral infarction patients

目的研究脑梗死时脑心综合征发病的相关因素。方法对546例脑梗死患者进行心电图、心肌酶谱和肌钙蛋白测定,251例诊断为脑心综合征。结果251例并发脑心综合征的脑梗死患者心电图有U波、T波改变,ST段抬高或降低,以及各种心律失常等异常改变。结论梗死面积大,或合并有冠心病、糖尿病高血压等的老年患者容易合并脑心综合征。

Objective To study the causes leading to cerebrocardiac syndrome in cerebral infarction patients. Methods To determine CK and cTn1 and to examine ECG in 546 patients , 251 were diagnosed as cerebrocardiac syndrome. Results The ECG has the changes of U wave, T wave, ST-segment and arrhythmia in 251 cerebral infarction patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome. Conclusions The cerebrocardiac syndrome was prone to occur in the patients with cardiac heart disease, diabetes, hypertension medical history , the agedness and large infarction size .
