Although SMEs in Hubei Province has obtained certain achievement in the technological innovation, but still limited in the tradition technological innovation stage. The ecology technological innovation not yet starts. It is necessary to analyze the SMEs in Hubei Province ecology technological innovation condition and the restriction factors, not only it is the inevitably request of realizing the SMEs in Hubei Province enterprise sustainable development, but of carrying out the national environmental protection goal, and also of the construction socialism harmonious society.
