目前,中国汽车工业跨国并购面临着法律、体制、资本市场、企业文化等方面的一系列障碍,为了更好地促进中国汽车工业的发展,我国应该从政策和制度上积极地采取一系列切实可行的措施。

At present,cross-border merging and acquisition of Chinese automobile Industry faced series of obstacle,such as law, mechanism,capital market,enterprise culture etc.In order to promote the development of Chinese automobile Industry,this paper discussed that china should carry on a seried of feasible countermeasures from strategy and system.
