E-commerce is the new economy growth point in 21 century,and it also stands the developing direction of future economy,the deficiency of e-commerce cause the analysis and discussion of e-commerce cost. E-commerce transfers the transaction way from substantial market to virtual market,and it maybe cause the change of transaction cost.This paper analyzed the cost composition of e-commerce and the change of enterprise transation cost under e-commerce,discussed the influence of B2B e-commerce model to transaction cost.
