摘要
从分析人力资本特性和证券公司人力资本基本特征入手,探讨了国内证券公司在证券市场由无规范化走向规范化、证券市场持续低迷将证券公司由卖方市场推入买方市场、市场竞争和人才争夺日益加剧的新形势下,如何从人力资本取得、投资、使用、控制等环节,全面考虑人力资本存量、增值、贬值等方面,随时进行成本收益分析,开源节流,控制风险,提高效率,提高人力资本经济效益。
This paper beginning from the analysis of the nature of human capital and the basic features of securities corporations, discuss about how domestic securities corporations went from unordered to ordered in the securities marketing/the continuous "downturn push the securities corporations from seller's market to buyer's market/how to generally consider the facts of stock value/ added value/devalue from the view of the obtain of human resources /investment/perform/control, to perform cost-value analysis /spare and find resources enture control in any time ,to improve the effectiveness, improve the efficient of human capital.
