摘要
对我国高炉炼铁生产技术中的若干问题进行了讨论。认为应维持原燃料等操作条件允许的合适高炉冶炼强度,通过大力降低燃料比,实现高炉单炉产量的提高;努力提高风温和喷煤量,降低燃料比,缩小与国际先进水平的差距;努力降低炼铁工序能耗,减少有害气体和烟尘的排放;采取各种成熟的技术措施,把精料维持和提高到适应于高炉大型化和高喷煤量操作所要求的水平。
Some technical points in ironmaking production by blast furnace are discussed in the paper, the author thinks it is necessity to keep the high smelting intensity of blast furnace if the operation conditions allow, such as the conditions of raw materials and fuel, increasing the production output of one heat at lower fuel ratio, reducing fuel ratio by increasing temperature of blast air and pulverized coal injection in order to diminish the our gap away from advanced level in the world, and to reduce exhausting of harmful gas and dust by reducing energy consumption in ironmaking sequences; the author also proposes to take some appropriate technical measures to keep and increase the utilization of beneficial burden material to the extent necessary for large sized blast furnace and high ratio of pulverized coal injection,
