摘要
对高炉炉身位用的Sialon结合SiC砖进行了高炉有害元素锌和碱金属氧化物在宝钢工况条件下的复合侵蚀机理研究,并分析了宝钢高炉有害元素富集和分布的特点。研究表明,有害元素在炉内会引起耐火材料发生变质和变形,对高炉生产顺行和长寿产生不利影响。研究结果对合理控制有害元素的入炉标准,保证高炉获得长期的、最佳的经济效益有现实的指导意义。
The author studies the combined erosion mechanism of some harmful elements such as zinc and alkali oxide existed in the SiMon compound SiC bricks lined in the blast furnace stack and analyzes the concentration and distribution features of these harmful elements in the blast furnace of Baosteel. The study reveals the harmful elements will make the refractory degrading and deforming inside the blast furnace and will affect smooth operation and long campaign of blast furnace. The study is significant to properly control the input of harmful elements, ensure long and optimized economic benefit of blast furnace.
