建筑表皮的改造策略——同济大学学生活动中心改造的实践

The Strategy of Regeneration of Building's Surface

长期以来,在学术上对建筑改造的关注往往偏重于历史文化价值或经济利益的得失,却轻视了建筑本体的使用需求.而“建筑表皮”作为连接和转换建筑内外空间的直接媒介,不仅体现了这一本体的使用需求,也在很大程度上影响着建筑改造的结果.本文以同济大学学生活动中心改造的实践为例,分析表皮改造的内在逻辑.

Usually, we have concentrated on the historical cultural value and economic advantage of the regeneration of architecture, but failed to recognize the importance of the nature of architecture. Being the direct intermediate, the surface not only presents the meaning of connecting and transferring between the interior and exterior of architectural spaces, but also significantly impacts the outcome of the regeneration work. This paper provides a practical implementation, the regeneration of the Campus Center of the Tongji University, to find the way to regenerate correctly.
