节能型钯催化加氢反应除氧器的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以钯为催化剂,进行了新型除氧方法——催化加氢除氧的试验研究。研究了催化加氢除氧的影响因素和运行参数,试验结果表明:除去单位质量溶解氧的加氢量与水中残留溶解氧浓度有关,出水DO越低,除去单位质量DO的加氢量越大;上向流运行方式的除氧效果好于下向流方式;在pH为5.10、水温为6.6.29.2℃、运行滤速小于60m/h的条件下。对水中溶解氧的去除率达99.9%,出水DO降至0.01rag/L以下。催化加氢除氧在运行成本、操作管理、节能环保等方面均比其它除氧方式优越。 A new method of dissolved oxygen (DO) removal- catalytic hydrogenation deoxidization was studied. The control factors and operation parameters were investigated. The results showed that the lower DO in effluent is, the more hydrogen is consumed to remove unit mass DO. DO removal of the reactor in upflow way is more effective than that in downflow. When pH is 5 - 10, temperature 6.6 - 29.2℃ ,and running filter velocity less than 60 m/h, the dissolved oxygen removal efficiency can reach 99.9%, DO in effluent is below 0.01 mg/L.
