According to the analysis of nonprofit hospital model, it can be known that the goal of the nonprofit hospital is to realize the goal of maximizing social wellbeing. Then according to the characteristics of nonprofit hospital, this article explores some feasible approaches. Finally it talks about the benefits to the government, community health service centers, local residents and hospitals themselves.
