摘要
利用数值仿真的方法对蜗杆砂轮磨齿机在误差条件下的加工过程进行仿真。在数 学处理上,从实际曲面的接触方程出发,采用优化的方法,直接得到工件上各点处的 加工误差。指出在加工过程中存在平差作用和均化作用,解释了加工中的一些现象, 找出了原因,为该类机床的设计及工艺参数的制定提供了参考依据。
By means of optimization method this paper presents an approach to num- erical simulation of the machining procss of worm gear teeth grinder under error conditions in which case curvatural interference and out-line meshing may take place. It gives explanations of some phenomena of the machining, points out that there are two different effects: adjustment effect caused by curvatural interference and error-levelling effect caused by phase shifting, and provides a reference for the machine-tool design and the regulation of technical parameters.
