摘要
笔者收集、总结了已建大中型水利水电工程预裂爆破效果好的实例参数,并结合自己的工程实践经验,在现行公式(规范SDJ211-83推荐公式)的基础上推导出预裂爆破药量与孔径、孔距及岩石极限抗压强度之间关系的经验公式。1994年在长江三峡升船机和临时船闸工程预裂爆破试验研究中用此经验公式进行了大面积的生产试验,预裂孔壁无爆破裂隙、边坡整齐、质量优良,药量比现行公式省,实践证明经济适用,定为三峡公式。
Parameters from better samples of splitting blasting of large-and medium-size water conservancy and hydroelectric projects have been collected and summarized in this paper.Combined with the practice of splitting blasting projects, based on the current formula proposed from criteria SDJ211-83,the empirical formula of the relationship of the charge of splitting blasting,hole diameter,hole spacing and limit compression strength of rock.In 1994,a large scale production test was carried out with the empirical formula in the experimental research on splitting blasting for the project of lifting ship machine and temporary ship lock in the Three Gorges of Yangtze River.It is selected as the Three Gorges’Formula.It is in practice proved that,the advantages of this formula are no fracture on splitted hole wall,tidy slope,high-quality and less charge than that of current formula.
