According to the practice of safety engineering discipline in Hebei University of Science and Technology, the predominance of discipline developmem is illuminated and the problems of discipline construction are analyzed synthetically. Content which should be solved and perfected during establishing discipline is discussed. Thoughts of running school are further clarified.
