关于重庆贫困地区社会主义新农村建设的思考

社会主义新农村建设是党的十六届五中全会提出的“十一五”时期我国农村经济社会发展的新任务,也是新时期贫困地区发展建设的根本方向。解决重庆贫困人口脱贫致富问题,是实现重庆贫困地区社会主义新农村建设目标的重要保证。应根据社会主义新农村建设目标对扶贫开发的新要求,创新扶贫政策和扶贫措施,从根本上为重庆贫困地区的开发和发展提供保障,加快推进重庆贫困地区小康社会建设进程及社会主义新农村建设进程。

The construction of socialist new countryside is the task proposed at the 5th plenary of the 16th Party Congress of CPC for the economic and social development in China＇ s countryside during the ＂11 th Five-year Plan＂ period, and is also the fundamental direction for the development and construction of poverty-stricken areas in the new era. Solving the problem of casting off poverty and setting out on a road to prosperity for the poverty-stricken population is the important guarantee for the realization of the objective of constmeting socialist new countryside in poverty-stricken areas of Chongqing. It is necessary to innovate policies and measures for Poverty Alleviation according to the new requirements of the construction objective of socialist new countryside for Poverty Alleviation development so as to provide guarantee for the exploitation and development of poverty-stricken areas in Chongqing and to accelerate the progress of the construction of a welloff society and the construction of socialist new countryside in poverty-stricken areas in Chongqing.
