国家知识产权战略背景下的高校知识产权教育改革

Educational Reform of Intellectual Property Rights in Colleges and Universities under the Background of National Intellectual Property Right Strategy

知识产权教育是制定和实施国家知识产权战略的重要环节。高校的地位、职能决定了改革高校知识产权教育是实施国家知识产权战略的基点,应当针对高校知识产权教育存在的问题,在科学发展观指导下,重新构建高校知识产权教育新体系,探索高校知识产权教育新模式,加强师资培训,注重高校知识产权文化建设。

The education of Intellectual Property Right （IPRE） is the important part of the National Strategy of Intellectual Property Right （NIPRS）. The base of implementing the National IP Strategy is that we should reform the EPIRE in colleges and universities because of the special status and functions of the University. This paper thinks that it is important to reconstructing the system of IPRE and exploring the new model of IPRE, and to enhance the education of teachers and building the culture of IPR.
