摘要
根据双丝脉冲熔化极活性气体保护(MAG)焊的工艺要求,将软开关技术、双闭环控制技术以及现场总线控制技术相结合,研制了一套软开关双丝高速脉冲MAG焊电源,并应用计算机信息测试采集平台对该系统进行测试.结果表明,系统具有良好的静、动特性,主从机协同控制稳定可靠,完全可以满足双丝高速脉冲MAG焊的技术要求.
In order to meet the requirements of the double-wire pulse metal active gas (MAG) welding, a novel soft-switching high-speed double-wire pulse MAG welding inverter, which combines the soft-switching technology, the double closed loop control technology and the can bus technology, was developed. The proposed inverter was then tested on a computer information platform. The results indicate that the novel welding inverter meets the requirements of high-speed double-wire pulse MAG welding well because it possesses excellent dynamic and static characteristics and reliable performance in the synchronic control between the master inverter and the slave inverter.
