摘要
对几种散射型防雷达伪装网装饰片基础布的制备工艺进行了比较,选取了织物化学镀铜为其制备工艺。研究了化学镀铜工艺与伪装网饰片基础布微波性能、力学性能的关系,研究表明:按照方阻测试方法,当镀铜基础布的方阻小于17.5Ω/□时即可达到较好的电磁波散射效果;织物在经过化学镀后,其力学性能略有降低。用镀铜基础布制备出的伪装网样品,在2~18 GHz范围内,其两个极化方向的反射率均小于-10 dB,具有优良的防雷达性能。
Several preparation techniques of basic cloths used for scattering anti-radar camouflage net were compared, among which chemical copper-plating was found to be the most suitable one. The effects of chemical copper-plating on microwave and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that excellent microwave properties could be obtained when the sheet resistances of copper-plated basic cloths were below 17.5 Ω/□. The mechanical properties decreased after chemical copper-plating. Finally, the reflectivities of the camouflage net samples were measured. It was found that the reflectivities were below -10 dB in the two polarization states, showing excellent anti-radar properties.
