摘要
采用高性能加氢基础油,通过多种添加剂的复配、评价、研制的水冷二冲程汽油机油达到了美国船舶制造商协会(NMMA)TC-WⅢ性能要求。在天津内燃机所通过了水冷二冲程TC-WⅢ汽油机油发动机台架,在产品推广中,进行了250 h系泊试验,结果表明:研制油的使用性能优于国外名牌舷外机专用油,可替代进口舷外机专用油。
The water- cooling two- stroke gasoline engine oil was developed from hydrogenated base oil with high performances and some kinds of additives. The developed oil can meet the performance requirements of NMMA TC- W Ⅲ. And the engine bench test of TC- W Ⅲ passed in the I.C. Engine Research Institute of Tianjin University. During the popularization of products, makefast test for 250h proved that this oil is more excellent than the foreign products of a kind in performance and can be used as the substitute of imported out - board engine special oil.
