润滑油纳米铜添加剂在几种不同种类基础油中的摩擦学特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用四球试验机分别考察了润滑油纳米铜添加剂在矿物油、合成油、菜籽油3种不同类型基础油中的摩擦学性能。结果表明:润滑油纳米铜添加剂在3种基础油中都具有一定的摩擦学改善效果,尤其是在合成油PAO中,其摩擦学改善效果十分显著,而在菜籽油中,其摩擦学改善效果稍差。采用现代表面分析技术对纳米铜添加剂分别在3种类型基础油中钢球磨斑表面膜的铜含量进行了对比分析,发现纳米铜添加剂的摩擦学性能与单质铜在摩擦表面的沉积量有较大关系。 The tribological performances of nanocopper lubricating oil additive in mineral oil, synthetic oil and rap oil were studied separately by using four - ball tester. Results showed that the nanocopper additive has good tribological behavior in three kinds of base oils, especially in PAO. But in the rap oil, the tribological behavior is not very good. In three kinds of lube base oils for the nanocopper additive, the copper concentration of steel ball worn surface film was analyzed by modern surface analysis technology. The results showed that the tribological performance of nanocopper has much relation with the sediment magnitude of Cu in the worn surface.
