摘要
冶金机械设备液压系统故障的原因较多,由液压系统工作介质因素导致的故障约占70%以上,而工作介质热因素是其中之一,已得到人们的重视。现从工作介质的理化性能的变化,分析其热因素引起设备故障产生的原因,找到解决故障的办法。
There are quite a few reasons that cause a fault in hydraulic system of mechanical equipment. Over seventy percent of the reasons that lead to the fault are the actuating medium of hydraulic system. The heat factor of actuating medium is one of the reasons. According to the change in physicochemical characteristics of actuating medium, the reason of equipment fault caused by heat factor is analyzed to find the solution.
