摘要
从人口流动机制、产业基础、基础设施建设、相关制度安排等方面,探讨了制约河南省城市化水平提高的不利因素,并对其的改进对策和措施进行了论述。
From aspects of the population running mechanism, the industrial foundation, the construction of the infrastructure, and the relative system arrangement, etc., this paper probes into the unfavorable factors restricting the increase of Henan＇ s urbanization level, and discusses on the countermeasures for improving Henan＇ s urbanization.
