我国汽车制造业ERP系统实施模式研究

Study on the ERP Implementation Mode of Automobile Manufacturing Industry in China

在介绍全球汽车制造业发展状况的基础上,分析了我国汽车制造业同国外的差距,指出实施ERP系统模式是提高我国汽车制造业管理水平的必由之路,并对ERP系统的实施程序和风险进行了探讨。

Based on introducing the developing situation of the automobile manufacturing industry in the world, this paper analyzes on the differences between our country＇s automobile manufacturing industry and the foreign countries＇ automobile manufacturing industry, points out that carrying out the ERP system mode is the only way for increasing the management level of our country＇s automobile manufacturing industry,and probes into the procedures and risks of implementing the ERP system.
