This paper expounds the measures for strengthening enterprise＇s financial management. The first is to renew the concept of the financial management and innovate the mechanism of the financial management, the second is to establish the multi-element target of the financial management, the third is to set up the risk prevention mechanism, the fourth is to build perfect and scientific financial examining indexes and performance evaluation system, and the fifth is to reform the financial institutions and improve the quality of the financial managers in an all round way.
