梳棉机锡林速度的探讨

Discussion of Cylinder Speed of Carding Machine

探讨当代高产梳棉机在锡林速度方面的技术发展动态。对当代高产梳棉机的锡林速度与20世纪80年代梳棉机的锡林速度进行了对比,发现尽管梳棉机产量成倍提高,但锡林速度只是小幅增加。提出要以系统观点确定锡林速度,锡林速度大小应与针布选择相适应。应充分重视新型针布、附加分梳件、盖板反转、盖板隔距调校等技术措施对提高梳棉机梳理质量所产生的影响。给出了不同条件下锡林速度的选择范围。

Technology development of cylinder speed of high production carding machine was discussed. The cylinder speed of high production carding machine was compared with carding machine in 80＇s in 20 century, the result shows that increase of carding machine output is much higher than that of cylinder speed. Cylinder speed should be ensured by system viewpoint, cylinder speed should be suitable for the card clothing were proposed, The influence on enhancing carding quality of the technology measures such as new type card clothing, additional combing, fiat reverse turn, adjusting of fiat gauge and so on should be paid attention. The choice range of cylinder speed in different condition is proposed.
