摘要
为了适应后配额时代我国棉纺业经营格局的变化,棉纺企业必须摒弃传统的管理理念,实施管理创新。指出:在产品定位、投资新理念、新产品开发、价格定位、质量控制、品牌战略、客户服务方面应采用高新技术和先进适用技术进行改造,从而保证企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
To suit the change of management structure of national cotton spinning industry in empress quota age, management innovation should be done instead of traditional management. The result shows that innovation should be done by new science technology and advanced technology in product positioning, new principle of investment, development of new product, price positioning, quality control, brand stratagem, custom service to ensure the competition ability of enterprise in the market.
