摘要
为了解决高密双层布在喷气织机上织造时经向停台高、纬缩疵点多等问题,通过对其纱线及组织结构特点的分析,从减少经纱间摩擦及增强纱线耐磨性能角度出发,优化了穿综顺序及停经片穿法,并合理设置经位置线、开口时间、开口动程、引纬工艺,使该品种织造效率从初期的70%上升到92%以上,下机一等品率达85%以上。
To resolve the problems of more warp stoppage and more weft defects in weaving high density double layer cloth in air-jet loom, the stitch, structure and specialty of the yarn were analyzed. On the base of reducing the warp friction and increasing yarn abrasion resistance, the order of drafting and stop mark were optimized, and the warp line, opening time, opening travel and filling insertion were set reasonably. The weaving efficiency is enhanced from 70% to more than 92% , and the first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach above 85%.
