摘要
采用Jeziomy法和Ozawa法研究了聚丙烯(PP)的非等温结晶动力学。确立了PP结晶动力学的适合范围及处理方法,揭示了PP结晶速率和结晶形式随结晶条件的变化规律。结果表明.在相对结晶度为0.04~0.80的快速结晶段,在结晶峰温度(L)的两侧,以Jeziomy法处理PP结晶动力学是合适的,瓦两侧的结晶速率和结晶形式存在较大差异;在相近的结晶速率范围内,用Ozawa法处理PP结晶动力学是合适的,PP主要在(125.0±5.0)℃结晶,温度影响PP的结晶形式。
This paper studied the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of polypropylene (PP) by virtue of Jeziorny and Ozawa method, determined the scope and approach of crystallization kinetics of PP and unveiled the rule in variation of crystallization rate and crystal form with crystallization conditions. Jeziorny method was suitable for disposing non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PP at the two side of crystallization peak temperature in the fast crystallization phase with relative crystallinity of 0.04 - 0.80. The two sides obviously differed in crystallization rate and crystal form. In the similar range of crystallization rate, Ozawa method was appropriate to treating crystallization kinetics of PP. PP was substantially crystallized in the temperature range of (125.0 ± 5.0) ℃. The crystallization temperature was an important factor that influenced the crystal form of PP.
