摘要
考察了乙腈法C4萃取精馏塔内的溶液发泡状况,筛选了适合于该体统的消泡剂种类和用量,研究了消泡剂对精馏塔流体力学状况和分离效果的影响。实验证明,在乙腈溶液中添加50×10^-6-100×10^-6的低聚合度有机硅消泡剂能有效抑制塔内的溶液发泡趋势,提高泛点气速,增加精馏塔的操作弹性。在高负荷运行的C4萃取精馏塔内,添加消泡剂能显著提高精馏塔的分离效果。
The foam status of solution was observed in extractive distillation of C4 mixtures by CAN.The kinds and dosage of foam breakers which can be use for C4 extractive distillation system were selected. The effects of defoaming agents on the hydrodynamics and separation efficiency of extractive distillation tower were studied. The results of experiments showed that the foam trend of liquid in distillation tower is availably restrained, the gas velocity is increased at liquid overflow point by adding 50 × 10^-6 - 100 × 10^-6 silicon defoaming agents in extractive solvent CAN, when the load of the extractive distillation is higher, the separation efficiency of the tower is observably improved by adding silicon defoaming agents.
