摘要
本文主要研究由表面活性剂构成的微乳液在制备以SnCl2为包覆物的浅色复合导电填料粒子方面的应用。研究了如何制备稳定的微乳液体系,以及在稳定的微乳体系中芯核物质与包覆物如何以较好的配比和制备过程制备导电粒子。结果表明:以非离子表面活性剂为主表面活性剂、中等直链烷基醇为助表面活剂、环烷烃为有机溶剂的微乳液体系最为稳定;用该稳定的微乳液体系制备以云母粉为芯核物质、以氯化亚锡为包覆物、双氧水为氧化剂、氨水为沉淀剂的复合导电粒子,其导电性能较好。
The tint multiple conducting material particle using SnCI2 as the cladding was prepared by micro- latex which was made up by surface active agent. How to prepare stable micro - latex system was studied. The results showed that the system using nonionic surfactant as main surface active agent, moderate linear alkylalcohol as cosurfactant and cyclane as organic solvent is stablest. The multiple conducting particle prepared by the system has good conductance.
