摘要
以强酸性阳离子交换树脂(D001)为催化剂,用苯甲醛和乙二醇合成苯甲醛缩乙二醇,该反应的最佳反应条件是:n(苯甲醛)∶n(乙二醇)为1∶1.8,D001用量为1.5g,环己烷10 mL(苯甲醛为0.1mol时),反应温度为95℃左右,回流2h,苯甲醛缩乙二醇的产率达90.5%。
Benzaldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and glycol with strong - acid sation - exchange resin(D001 ) as catalyst. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: n(benzaldehyde) : n(glycol) = 1 : 1.8, D001 was 1.5g and cyclohexane was 10mL(for 0. lmol benzaldehyde), the reaction temperature was 95℃ and refluxing time was 2h, the yield was up to 90.5 %.
