摘要
采用电阻法对ZL102合金所含的夹杂物进行了在线检测,通过在同等检测条件下改变检测参数的办法取得了一些最佳检测参数。结果表明,在同等检测条件下,电压越高,检测探头的孔径越小,检测系统的灵敏度越高,检测效果越好。并对试验结果作了一些分析,对在线快速检测铝液夹杂物技术的研究和开发具有指导意义。
Utilizing online electrical resistance measurement,melting ZL102's inclusion ratio has been detected.Through changing the detecting parameters under the same conditions,optimal parameters have been gained.It came out that a higher voltage and a thinner probe head can make a higher system sensitivity level and a more precise detecting outcome.A further analysis of the result has been done, making it consultative for studying and developing the rapid online detecting system for inclusions in aluminum liquid.
