摘要
对大型活塞式压缩机的原铸造工艺进行了充型凝固过程的数值模拟,发现模拟结果与生产实际出现缺陷部位相吻合。在此基础上,用数值模拟技术进行了八种方案的工艺优化计算后结合生产现场确定了优化后的工艺方案。生产实际浇注结果证明,所优化的方案是成功的。
The numerical simulation of mold filling and solidification with the old foundry technology has been done for the cylinder of large piston compresser,resulting in verified defects occurred in the production. Upon this,an optimized cast technology has been determined after 8 foundry technologies have been simulated combined with the production.The practically poured castings have shown a successful one selected.
