摘要
采用回流装置和HNO3-HClO4-H2O2体系进行湿法消化,用火焰和石墨炉原子吸收法测定了花粉中的K、Ca、Na、Mg、Cu、Cr、Zn、Fe、Pb、Cd、Co、Ni和Mn元素,并探讨了各元素测定的工作条件和基体改进剂。实验结果表明:本体系作消化液处理样品,在选定的仪器工作条件下,回收率在88.41%—110.70%,RSD2.9(n=6)。
A method for determination of K,Ca,Na,Mg,Cu,Cr,Zn,Fe,Pb,Cd,Co and Ni in bee pollen by AAS with HNO3-HClO4-H2O2 mixed acids digestion was developed. The working conditions and matrix modifiers were also discussed. Under the selected working conditions,the results indicate this system is better for precision, recovery and as the digest to treat the sample. The pollen is rich in K ,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn and Cu. The result of recovery is from 88.41%-110.70%.
