摘要
研究了人参中多种微量元素的ICP-AES同时测定,方法简便,采用混合酸消化,测得结果的准确度在2.24%—8.82%,精密度在1.37%—8.48%之间,回收率在92.3%—102.1%之间,是检测人参中微量元素有效的分析手段。
The trace elements in ginseng were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry （ICP-AES）. The method is simple by using acids mixture as digestant. The accuracy is between 2.24%-8. 82% ,and the precision is between 1. 37%-8.48%. The recovery rates are between 92.3% and 102.1%. It is an efficient method for the analysis of trace elements in ginseng.
