摘要
砷是水质监测常规项目,是我国实施排放总量控制的主要指标之一,具有致突变、致癌和致畸变作用。对AFS-230E原子荧光光度计测定砷的调试和使用,方法检出限为0.01μg·L-1,精密度为0.6%,标准样品测定结果符合要求,实际水样测定加标回收率为92.2%—102%,比较试验结果无显著性差异。该法试剂用量少,实现了自动进样,特别适合大批量样品测定,值得推广使用。
Arsenic is one of conventional parameters of water quality monitoring and one of the main indexes of total discharge control. It can lead to mutation, cancer and deformity. This paper introduces commissioning and operation of determination of arsenic by AFS-230E atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The limit of detection of this method is found to be 0.01μg·L^-1 and its precision to be 0. 6%. Results of determination of arsenic in standard samples satisfy the requirements. The recovery rate of determination of arsenic in actual waters is 92 2%--102~..4,and there is no obvious difference compared with other methods. The advantages of auto-sampling, It especially suits to large quantities this method are lower reagent consumption and of samples and thus deserves recommendation.
