摘要
采用衍射光栅在谱平面上滤波的光学系统,提出两次曝光之间在像平面上错动全息干版的错位云纹干涉法。用此方法分别获得面内位移导数(应变)场和平板弯曲离面位移的二阶导数(曲率)场的计算公式,并进行了实验验证,实验结果与理论值符合良好。
This paper presents a shearing Moire interferometry of shifting the holographic plate in the imaging plate between two exposures .In the arrangement, a diffraction grating as well as the filtering system is used. With this method ,the formulas of derivatives fields of in-plane displacement (strain) and derivatives fields of out -plane displacement(curvature) are obtained respectively. In the experiments, the results agree well with the theoretical ones.
