摘要 目的:探讨主动脉夹层(AD)临床特点发生的变化。方法:对2000年组与2004年组主动脉夹层患者发病的年龄、发病时症状、性别、有无高血压病史、入院时血压的水平、主动脉夹层分型及治疗措施、结果等多方面特征进行回顾性分析。结果:(1)2组主动脉夹层患者在性别比例、有无高血压病史、有无初始症状及年龄等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但2000年组高年龄患者明显多于2004年组(P<0.05);(2)2004年组入院时收缩压、舒张压、平均压、脉压均高于2000年组(P<0.05);(3)2004年组患者内科保守治疗人数比2000年组减少,而血管内支架术治疗人数增加,总死亡人数减少。结论:AD患者中高血压患者增多且血压总体水平较高;发病年龄年轻化;合理规范的药物治疗和新发展起来的血管支架术可降低AD的死亡率。 Objective: To discuss the wiriety of clinical characters of aortic dissection in recent years by analyzing 64 patients with aortic dissection. Methods: We contrasted the age, symptoms, sex, the history of high blood pressure, the level of blood pressure when the patient was admitted, the type of aortic dissection, etc. Results: (1) There was no statistic difference (P〉0. 05) between two groups in sex, the history of high blood pressure, symptoms, age, while there is statistic difference (P〈0.05) between two groups in different year, which of 2000 group was older than that in 2004 group. (2) There was statistic difference (P〈0.05) between two groups in the level of blood pressure when the patient was admitted, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean blood pressure, which of 2004 group are higher than that in 2000 group. (3) Contrasting the treatment project of two groups, the numbers of medicine treatments decreased, while the numbers of PCI treatments increased. Conclusions: Nowadays more patients of aortic dissection are with high blood pressure, and the level of blood pressure is higher than ever. More younger patient are below 60 years. The medicine treatments are more normative. All of above decrease the mortality of the medicine treatments. At the same time. PCI makes the further decrease of the mortality of aortic dissection. So PCI is the first considering treatment project while the condition is permitted.
