摘要 通过对城市绿地节水灌溉效益评价指标的分析,建立了涉及技术因素、社会效益、经济效益和生态效益的综合评价指标体系。利用模糊数学的方法,建立了多层次的综合评价模型,处理带有模糊性的效益评价指标,对城市绿地节水灌溉项目的效益进行评价。采用模糊综合评价模型对5个项目的实例进行了分析,对项目的优劣进行排序,并对影响排序的主要因素进行了讨论。这种模糊综合评价方法为城市绿地节水灌溉效益评价提供了一种新的评价方法,比以往只用经济指标对项目进行评价的方法更全面。此模型对于其它涉及到有关综合评价的问题也有很好的借鉴作用。 This paper sets up a synthetic evaluation index system by analyzing influencing factors of urban green-land water-saving irrigation. In the system the technical factors as well as social, economic and ecologic benefits are taken into consideration. A fuzzy mathematical method is used to establish hierarchy evaluation model, which deals with fuzzy benefit evaluation indexes. The model has been used in 5 practical examples, which were sorted and ranged in terms of the evaluation indexes. Main influencing factors are discussed also. The new method provided here for evaluating benefits of urban green-land water-saving irrigation techniques is proved to be more comprehensive than traditional methods which only use economic benefit factor. This method can also be used for synthetic evaluation in other fields.
