藻鳖软肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

Clincal Observation of Zao Bie Ruan Gan Tang on Treating Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:观察藻鳖软肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:对照组43例采用一般护肝治疗加用柴胡疏肝汤,治疗组45例在一般护肝治疗用药基础上加藻鳖软肝汤治疗,治疗时间2组均为6个月,通过肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标评价疗效。结果:治疗组及对照组患者肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标均有改善,但在部分指标上,治疗组优于对照组。结论:藻鳖软肝汤对慢性乙型肝炎有较好的治疗作用。

Objective：To observe effects of Zao Bie Ruan Gang Tang in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods：As control group,43 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with common treatment and Chal Hu Shu Gan Tang,45 patients were treated with Zao Bie Ruan C-an Tang and common treatment in therapy group. The curative effect was evaluated according to the liver functions and fibrosis indices.The therapy times last 6 montes in two groups. Results：The liver functions and fibrosis indices had improvement in therapy group and control group .But in some marker, the therapy group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Zao Bie Ruan Gan Tang have better effects in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
