桥本甲状腺炎的超声表现及其病理学基础 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨桥本甲状腺炎(HT)的二维及多普勒超声表现。方法:对37例HT患者应用常规二维高频超声及多普勒超声检查,并经手术或穿刺活检证实。将超声检查结果与手术或多点穿刺活检结果对照。结果:单纯HT 34例(91.9%),其中弥漫性回声减低型27例(73%);多发结节型7例(18.9%)。HT合并结节性甲状腺肿1例(2.7%),HT合并甲状腺乳头状癌2例(5.4%);HT组甲状腺上动脉PSV及R I值较正常组高,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);HT组34例甲状腺内血流增加。结论:二维及多普勒超声对HT的正确诊断有重要价值。 Objective:To discuss the sonographic characteristics of Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT). Methods :Ultrasonography was performed in 37 patients with HT confirmed by surgery or biopsy. Then the sonographic characteristics was compared with the results of operation or biopsy. Results:Single HT was found in 34 cases (91.9%),including 27 (73%) diffuse hypoechoic patterns and 7 (18.9%) multi-nodules. 1 case(2.7%)with nodular goiter and 2 cases(5.4%) with thyroid cancer were found too . There was a significant differences in peak systolic velocity (PSV) and resistance index (RI)of the thyroid superior artery between the patients and the contrast group(P〈0.05). Color flow signals were increased in 34 cases. Conclusions :2D and color Doppler sonography were helpful for diagnosis of HT.
