青海省被征地农民权益保障初探

On the Rights and Interests of the Peasant whose Lands were Taken over for Use

土地是农民最重要的生活和生产资料,同时也是农村社会稳定的基础。文章就我省依法征地现状及现行征地制度中存在的问题进行了分析,提出切实保障被征地农民权益的建议。

The land is the peasant＇s most important means of production, the source of peasant＇s living guarantee, and is the foundation of the rural social stability. In this paper, the current situation of our province taking over the land for use with the law and the questions in the system of expropriation of land has been analysed, and the suggestion has been put forward ensuring the rights and interests of the peasant whose lands were been taken over for use.
