摘要
该文介绍一台双级脉冲管制冷机及其配套的旋转阀，获得了１１．５Ｋ的最低制冷温度，在２０Ｋ时有１．３Ｗ的制冷量。实验中还研究了充气压力和运转频率对制冷机性能和制冷能力的影响。
A two-stage pulse tube refrigerator in combination with a rotary valve has been constructed in this paper.A lowest temperature of 11. 5K and a cooling capacity of 1. 3W at 20K were obtained.It was the lowest temperature with two-stage pulse tube. its performance and the effects of the operating parameters were investigated.
