摘要
该本研究了TIBa2Cu3O9印刷膜在Hg蒸气中热处理对其超导电性的影响。经600℃短时间热处理,TI—1223相的(001)衍射峰明显增强.Hg离子进入晶格可能是产生织构的主要原因,随着热处理时间的增加,(001)峰的相对强度变弱,织构消失,超导转变温度逐渐下降。TI—1223相的部分分解和一些含Hg化合物的形成是造成Tc下降的主要原因之一。
Effects of thermal treating in Hg vapour on superconductivity thick film have been investigated.The(001)diffraction peaks of the TI - 1223 phase were obviously strengthened through post-annealing in Hg vapour at 600℃ for a short time. It is a main reason of creating the texture that Hg ions entered to the TI- 1223 phase lattice. The (001) peaks reduced weak, the texture degenerated, superconducting transition temperature decreased with the post -annealing time increasing. The decomposition of the TI - 1223 phases and the formations of some compounds included Hg make Tc drastically to decrease.
